2. The course is structured to consist of two workshops, each requiring a minimum of eight hours to complete through a combination of interactive work, case studies, group discussions, practical exercises, and real-world examples. 
3. Participants will have access to comprehensive course materials, resources, and ongoing support to facilitate their role as PMO transformation instructors.

5. Participants who successfully complete the Agile PMO Transformation Masterclass for Instructors will receive a certification of completion, acknowledging their expertise in training and guiding others through PMO setup and transformation.
