The Agile PMO Transformation Masterclass for Instructors equips experts to become trainers for Agile PMO setup and transformation, enhancing their profiles and enabling them to guide others through the process.
This masterclass addresses the human complexities of PMO transformation by integrating cognitive science, cultural intelligence, and resilience-building to create coaches and instructors capable of working with the human nature of colleagues in a community of practice.
Also this masterclass is intended to be built in an open-source format to make hosting the PMO Setup and operations education available in-house to reduce cost and maximize value of internal organization talents; in other words, the instructors will be able to teach and certify PMO Transformation Practitioners with no extra charge.
Welcome to the foundation of your journey as an Agile PMO instructor. In this module, we'll focus on developing the core skills that separate good trainers from exceptional ones. You'll learn how to truly listen to your learners, building genuine connections through techniques like the GROW model that help you understand their unique challenges.
We'll work on developing your authentic teaching presence – finding your voice, using purposeful silence, and aligning your body language with your message. Most importantly, you'll discover how to structure information in ways that respect how the human brain actually learns, creating those "aha!" moments for your students without overwhelming them. By the end of this module, you'll have practical tools to connect with any audience and deliver content that truly sticks.

In this module, we move beyond theory to explore how successful PMOs are built in the real world. You'll learn to apply design thinking principles to create PMO services people actually want to use, not just services they're forced to comply with. Through our detailed case study, you'll see how understanding the day-to-day challenges of project managers transforms abstract PMO concepts into practical, valuable support systems. We'll also tackle the human side of change, using Kotter's model to help you guide organizations through transformation with minimal resistance. You'll leave this module knowing how to build coalitions of supporters and create early wins that generate momentum for your PMO initiatives.
