Learning Overview

This masterclass addresses the human complexities of PMO transformation by integrating cognitive science, cultural intelligence, and resilience-building to create coaches and  instructors capable of working with the human nature of colleagues in a community of practice.


Also this masterclass is intended to be built in an open-source format to make hosting the PMO Setup and operations education available in-house to reduce cost and maximize value of internal organization talents; in other words, the instructors will be able to teach and certify PMO Transformation Practitioners with no extra charge.

Welcome to the foundation of your journey as an Agile PMO instructor. In this module, we'll focus on developing the core skills that separate good trainers from exceptional ones.   1. Graduates receive royalty-free certification authority, enabling them to independently train and certify Agile PMO Practitioners. The program provides open-source training materials updated quarterly through a secure portal, including modular slide decks, workshop templates, and assessment rubrics aligned with the latest agile frameworks and participants retain access to 12 months of material updates
  2. We offer a unique cross-licensing agreement that permits customization of content while maintaining core pedagogical integrity and Start to Start Signature Brand.
  3. This course is delivered entirely online
  4. The course is structured to consist of two workshops, each requiring a minimum of eight hours to complete through a combination of interactive work, case studies, group discussions, practical exercises, and real-world examples. 
  5. Participants will have access to comprehensive course materials, resources, and ongoing support to facilitate their role as PMO transformation instructors.

  • To enroll in this course, participants must have completed one of these two; the "Agile PMO Transformation Masterclass for Practitioners" or "Agile PMO Transformation Masterclass for IT Executives" courses. They should have a strong understanding of Agile PMO concepts, processes, and best practices.
