• Key project phases: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.
• Governance structure and roles: Functional Consultant, Basis Consultant, ABAP Developer, BTP Developer, Integration Manager, Solution Architect.
• Techniques for documenting business requirements and conducting fit-to-standard workshops.
• Common challenges: data migration, scope creep, and change resistance, with strategies to mitigate risks.

Module 2: Integration and Data Management in SAP Projects

• Fundamentals of SAP integration with third-party systems using ODATA and REST APIs.
• Introduction to middleware tools: SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration.
• Designing data flows and ensuring data consistency between SAP and external platforms.
• Roles of Integration Manager and Solution Architect in managing connectivity and coherence.
• Managing data migration processes, including profiling, cleansing, and validation.
• Key deliverables: integration blueprints, migration plans, and interface testing results.

Module 3: SAP Activate and Testing Strategies

• Differences between Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid implementations under SAP Activate.
• Key milestones and deliverables for each implementation type.
• Testing phases: unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Tools and techniques for test management: SAP Solution Manager and defect logs.
• Ensuring project quality through stakeholder involvement and automated testing.
• Finalizing the go-live and hypercare phases with a focus on long-term system stability.
